Veronica Stanley-Hooper has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and has been teaching over 30 years. Her passion for children's literature and her love of illustration has allowed her to author and illustrate  PLAY! and Scary Halloween Costumes co-author and illustrate Adventure Zone . She also develops pre-k through fifth grade curriculum.
